Have been a loyal customer for well over 20 years. Dined in couple times every week. Very disappointed that you have discontinued the shredded beef option on your menu. Not a good move. Will not be back because of it.

The food was good when we finally got it, but the service was honestly sad. For as many servers as we saw running around, there was apparently no one who knew whose table was whose, or at least what our table asked for. Our server in particular forgot part of the drink order, forgot the appetizer order, then forgot to deliver a kids meal to our table. And even though we went on mother's day, I would say it would be a pretty weak excuse for the wait staff incompetence we experienced as this restaurant was nowhere near full when we went. But this just reinforces the poor experiences I've had with Jose Peppers in the KC metro. If you want good Mexican dining experiences around here, the locally owned and operated restaurants have been leagues better in terms of service and food quality. My personal favorite is Mojitos in Raymore, formerly Mexico Viejo.

This is the first time I have been to this location (I typically go to Mission). It is a large spacious venue with plenty of parking. Staff was friendly, but a bit sparse at time of my first. Food was presented well plated and hot.

Service was great. Environment clean and family oriented. Burrito and black beans were good with the exception of burrito being warm and not towards the 'hot' side. Prices in-line with rising cost of eating out.
