Even watched them pull a protective cover that was broke on a lady's iPad she didn't know was on it to reveal the screen was still in tac. And went out of their way to try and find a screen for my phone. Which unfortunately was out of stock

I originally went to a uBreakiFix location in Victor, New York to have the charging port on my Google Pixel 4a replaced. My experience with that location was horrendous. They actually broke my phone further while "repairing" it; they broke both the fingerprint sensor and the screen and needed me to wait several days while they sourced the parts to fix their mistakes. I was traveling to Kansas City a few days after that experience, and decided to try a uBreakiFix location here rather than waiting until I got home to have the Victor location repair my phone. Everyone at the Overland Park uBreakiFix was AMAZING. From the first phone call, they answered my questions, explained things thoroughly, and provided a good customer service experience. It took the Victor location 4.5 hours to "repair" my phone. It took Dom in Overland Park 1.5 hours to do more work than they did and to ACTUALLY repair my phone. Jess, Dom, and Kiante (I really hope I'm not butchering that spelling!) were the staff members I dealt with, and all of them were excellent. If something goes wrong with my phone in the future, I'll send it to Overland Park from New York rather than going to the location closest to me. They were that good. Update: had do to this process with a different phone on my account. Was another fantastic experience! Keonte was professional, well spoken, helpful, and resourceful. Another professional at the store who worked there also was professional, kind, and helpful! This business is fantastic! They have helped me save a lot of money and as a single parent of 2 sons this is priceless! Thank you to each of you for this business! I have phone insurance through Verizon. I was given an option of taking my phone to this location to have the screen fixed. I took my iPhone XS Max here after dropping the phone and cracking the screen in multiple places. This location was able to fix the cracked, front screen perfectly! The back of the phone has a crack but this is not able to be fixed by repairers due to Apple repair constraints (no big deal to me because once the phone case is on, no one can see that crack and that crack doesn’t affect the functionality of the phone). The process was simple, convenient, and pleasant. The Certified Repairer, Sam, was fantastic! Superb service and I had a wonderful experience. Thank you! Before you take the phone to have it repaired: Disable phone unlock code, save everything to the Cloud, and know your AppleID password.
