Definitely not coming back to this location. We ordered on the app for pickup at 9:55, as I’m typing this, it is 10:34 and we are still waiting. All we got were 4 small blasts. At around 10:25 we hit the button just for the girl to bark at us “DRIVE THROUGH ONLY”. So rude and absolutely no help at all, she did tell us it’ll be right out, but obviously we are still waiting.

The drive thru crew was wonderful, they got me my food quickly and it was hot and correct. I don't go to that location often but I will visit them next time I want Sonic and I am in that part of town.

I ordered a sandwich last night for delivery. It took an hour to get to me (not even a mile away. When it arrived it was not at all what I had ordered. they gave me a sandwich when I ordered a breakfast burrito. I know this wasn't due to the delivery driver because the order on the receipt was correct. Do they not check what bag they put orders into before sending them? 0/10 do not recommend!

I literally fell working here while pregnant and no manager did anything. i talked to several managers nd staff. Nothing was done. when they found out i called corporate after several employees and customers told me to they wound up firing me.

Well that's bs you should take them to court.

Why does this location close 20 minutes early and take just about as long to acknowledge you when you pull up to order. Horrible customer service every time I go to this location! I will now drive 15 minutes out of the way for better service.
