Awful service! I waited there while the staff took everyone that came in after me first. Very rude and very unhelpful. They took my money and my hair turned out an awful color. Did not offer to my refund me and they had no idea how to correct it! They said go to a professional salon at that point and that was the manager that said that!

Great store for moderate range price/quality hair skin and nail beauty supply's. Short staffed and chancey for an accurate response on professional rate questions. I am in the beauty industry and have had to correct them and others from the direction of multiple staff members. So I would not go with their opinions or answers frequently without professional opinion or good research. They are not licensed usually but all around great product selection.
