I had great haircuts here. What I didn’t like was the sign in system. They want you to sign in on-line which was always the first thing said to me when I walked in the door. I always signed in on-line. If someone walks in ,they take them first, so it got to be a long wait every time. It’s just a poor customer service system.

Still having issues with Tami, the lady who is the manager that refused to cut my hair and talked down to me in front of customers. Despite already having submitted a complaint against her to corporate, which then I received a call from someone local asking me to give them another chance. So, I did... I went to a different location this time. Guess who was there? Guess who refused to cut my hair despite my having already checked in, and there being 4 people after me. It was my turn when I arrived, and she ignored me, and went directly to the next customer. I don't like to talk bad about anyone. However, 20+ years of retail management experience gives me the knowledge courtesy and kindness to forgive and forget. Everyone has a day. But how did she become a manager? How is she allowed to still run stores here? I'm calling corporate to alert them as well. I completely forgot due to school. DONT BRING YOUR SERVICE ANIMAL HERE. TAMMI AT GREAT CLIPS WILL REFUSE YOU SERVICE. This is my federally registered, well behaved, trained, animal. Now, tell me what would be so uncomfortable here? She just falls asleep under the cape til we are done. Doesn't make a peep. I want to be contacted again to discuss her behavior towards disabled folks. That's a violation of my rights to refuse me service and make me wait almost 45 min after arriving allowing 3 others ahead of me until the other lady was finished. Rude

I've never had a bad experience at this location. Most have actually been great. Seems to have a solid group of employees with very low turn over so you're likely to be able to get the same stylist often. I recommend using the online check-in thru the app for those that want to save a little time.Thank you for your feedback, Chris!
