I needed an oil change. Stopped in Saturday but they don't make appointments and I couldn't leave the car. I came back Monday morning before they opened and they were fast. In and out in less than 30 minutes. They honored the coupon I had and will continue to be a customer. Price was more than $ 10.00 better than the others.

If they don't find a need to fix it, they won't charge you, but when they fix it. The price is right. ✅

BUYER BEWARE! Took my car to Big Al’s because of catalytic converter issues which they replaced the catalytic converters and pipes. Six months later it started rattling. I took it back because I had a one year warranty. They placed my car on the rack and saw some scratches and asked if I went over speed bumps. I admitted that I had and it scraped because the system was lower than the original system that came with the car (I was not told it was lower beforehand). They said the technician could tell the catalytic converters were broken one worse than the other and they voided my warranty. They would fix it but it would cost me the original price. I told them no and why. They called me later an said they would cut out the converters because they were welded onto the pipes and replace them for half the price. I did not agree. I took it to another mechanic NOT at Big Al’s. As he was removing the pipes to look at the converters the pipe fell apart in his hand. The pipes were not welded properly. It only had two small weld marks on each side of the pipe instead of correctly being welded completely around the pipe. I have pictures of the pipe not welded properly. The actions by these people could have caused a horrible accident. The mechanic NOT at Big Al’s said there was nothing wrong with the catalytic converters and they looked new. I have been driving it now since the welding for several weeks with no problems.
