Yesterday, I sent separate cargo to City Reseda office USPS Reseda Blvd and USPS 7th Street Santa Monica offices, the shipping I sent from the Reseda office are on the way, that is, also ''in Transit'' status, but The Santa Monica 7th Street, office is still pending ''in Tracked" status, in which case I applaud the USPS Reseda city Reseda Blvd office I wish the Santa Monica 7th Street office was freed from working at a turtle's pace. In addition, in Reseda USPS Office the employees are helpful and sympathetic to everyone.🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

Rude!!! Felt discriminated several times. They pick and choose who to be nice to, and then take more time with other customers to chit chat, delaying line which goes beyond doors. Mixed up my mail in my mail box few times, which I had to return to them stating it’s not mine. I wonder why I didn’t get my package, which was showing delivered, but I never got. Prompting me to close my mailbox.

I went to the post office in Reseda to mail back a part for my motorcycle .The internet said that if I didn't have access to a printer that the USPS would print out a shipping label from my phone.Well I asked this black lady with long braided hair if she could help me.She was rude,short with me and made her point.I felt like I was being interrogated by a bully.I will never go there again.Heres the kicker.Im black too.She hates everone.Sorry you hate your job miss.A person like her does not belong in a customer service position.

This post office has very slow customer service and that makes customers antsy couple of people tried to cut me off in line I’m like excuse me?!? People these days don’t seem to have manners it’s getting really bad lately with Covid. Not the best experience!
