I brought my husband in for chest pain and they told him he had to wait while they registered him. He sat there for 5 minutes before we left and I took my husband to an actual medical facility where the employees were not pretending to be healthcare workers. I understand the triage and prioritization process and chest pain is one that should be taken seriously. My husband had a serious cardiac event but my gratefulness is directed to the medical professionals that took care of him at another hospital.

This hospital is not near me at all but it is the ONLY hospital I trust. For years, my entire family has been coming to this hospital because here the doctors actually care enough to actually check you and make sure you are okay before you leave. I have been to the hospitals near me for my daughter and they all send me back home saying its nothing but the moment I come here, she gets X-rays done, prescription to medicine and is better in no time. The man that does the X-rays is EXCELLENT with children. He made my daughter laugh and smile and explained the whole process. The staff always make me feel welcomed. They are very understanding. My daughter was even born here, and even that experience was a great one. Definitely the doctors and nurses are what make this hospital such a great place. When i am scared as a first time mom, I come here and they never make me feel bad, they reassure and make sure my baby is okay!

Ojay, heres the thing-I had to make a big deal about getting my own room because they wanted to put me in a tiny room , no windows, right next to another couple that was delivering, and I started to panick. Tell the nurses/staff you have horrible anxiety- my husband fought for me and it worked, didnt take much effort either, just know that you do have options because they will likely try to put you in that smaller room first.. Aside from that, it was fantastic. The nurses and staff are patient, kind, helpful, everything you'd hope for. I was there for 5 days and they served 3 meals daily to both me and my husband, assisted me in everything from breast feeding to showering. It was a wonderful experience, and I still keep in touch with one of my nurses. I can't believe it was a year ago already!
