It was absolutely horrible. On Friday September 14 at 5:30pm a friend of mine were out looking for mobile home park. After we drove through this park, we pulled off to the side of the driveway, organizing our notes of the mobile homes for sale. We were not blocking any traffic and minding our own business. When this rude weathered older women carrying body blue building weights, approaches my passenger side of the car. She is demanding that we leave or she said she was going to call the police. Since we were minding our own business and she sure wasn't minding hers, we thought she was joking. But she remained standing there harrassing us. So we pulled out of the spot and park behind a truck on the road. Finally she met up with her female girlfriend again pointing at us the whole time. We were about 200 feet away, parked behind a truck! So as these two walked into the park we pulled out of the parking spot to carry on our way. I guess you won't be surprised if I told you she was watching us drive away. It was such a horrific experience to be held at. My friend and I are two 55yr old women just simply looking for a place to live and that's how we were treated there. Since she approached the passenger side of the car and not the drivers side, I found that unusual but racism is obvious. I am white, my friend is black. I don't know where everyone comes from in life, but I know we're all human even if some people should be locked up. So I am going to make another trip down to this mobile home park only this time without my black friend. She has gone through this enough in her lifetime, she doesn't need to experience anymore. I am going to have a big conversation with this management about the kind of savages they allow to pollute their grounds here. I can only hope that the savages women sees my car and takes the bait. I will make sure to photograph her and post it, so that we all know who she is.

How much is the space
We do not have RV spaces. Space rent is somewhere around 1600 per mom but of course mgmt would need to confirm. We do have a few homes for sale.
Hello Steve, No, we don't have any empty lots. You must buy a home in the Park. Please note that we are a non profit corporation and resident owned so 50% of our Park must be low income residents. As of right now, we are a few below our quota so the next few people who buy in the Park must qualify as low income. Thanks, Kathy
Nope
Nope. It's a co-op owner owned residential community. Come check us out, buy and stay for a lifetime.
