The subway here is AWFUL! I have placed 2 online orders prior to closing which is posted online as 10:30,But it's actually 10pm. Well because their system is so slow they received my order late and wasn't ready when I stated I wanted to pick up ,so instead them letting me know it wouldnt be ready when I said I would arrive the manager just cancelled my order but for the 2nd time charged my account and I didn't get any food. And after a month now I still have not been reimbursed 1 cent for either order that I didn't receive. And I asked the employee to take my name and number and have the manager call me ,it's been 9 days and still no call. Subway Corp is even worse, they actually have blocked me from contacting them by the only way you can !! So I have no way to get my money back! Furious customer!!

It would be a zero star, if I could. We pull up and I’m so desperate for a bathroom that I leave my husband to park up properly and then come join me in the store, to get snacks. I walk in, looking for the bathrooms and the woman behind the counter says “can I help you?” whilst still serving another person, with another waiting. So I have to say, “Do you have a restroom?” And her reply was “No. we don’t have public toilets”. Well, Lady, since you’d be so dismissive of someone in need, who was fully intending to BE a customer, I left without another word. I wasn’t about to plead a case to an ignorant woman. We drove a minute down the road, pulled into the Wawa, and spend $27 on snacks, milk and coffee. Because we were never just “public”.

Worse sub and service ever received. My bread is stale and my 6 inch steak and cheese has 3 inch worth of meat. Never go back.
