I was surprised at how easy it was to get our keys copied. The option to keep a virtual copy of the keys was extra cool. It was super convenient that the kiosk was in a store that we can visit and get things done that are typically not included in a grocery store. We got the keys copied on a Sunday when all of the other locksmith's were closed.

A little pricey for making copies of keys. I remember when you paid $2 or less. That was about 8 years ago. Inflation is a real bummer 🤷♂️. Nonetheless for the convenience of using the self kiosk and taking a few minutes to be in n out. I'd say it's well worth it.

Only thing I didn't like was being up-selled with burnishing the keys. This is drip pricing. I just want the total price up front. Not badgered with extra charges to do the job right. When I go to the hardware store, they don't ask me about burnishing the keys, they just do it!

I had two sets of keys made; one of the keys didn't work. KeyMe immediately responded and provided me with a code to get a free replacement, which worked just great! It's a really quick and convenient service -- they even keep a copy of you key on electronic file which you can access from any of their kiosks immediately with your fingerprint!
