Beautiful venue, love the grounds and it’s on the water! Super affordable as well if you’re willing to do a little work. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a communication disconnect the whole time. They were late for 2 meet ups (which they gave me a discount for which is amazing), there’s no ac in the barn, and no ice machine which was hard.. I think we had to purchase around 60 bags of ice and have them delivered by multiple people. We also had to put away all the chairs even though we paid for the clean up service. All that aside, I would do it again in a heart beat.

My husband and I had the most beautiful wedding day at Cousiac Manor! Our guests raved about how gorgeous the venue was and we loved the versatility we had there. The owners were able to answer any and all questions we had. They also worked with us to schedule various times to visit the venue before our wedding for planning purposes. We loved that we had access to the venue starting Thursday before our wedding. This was a huge perk for us. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for waterfront and rustic.

Words cannot describe how pleased my husband and I are with this venue and the service that they provided. Things went smoothly from our first tour through the wedding day. Sydney (manager) was great. She responded to all of our emails promptly and helped ensure that we had everything we needed and more including helping pick vendors and behind the scenes details such as floor plans and licenses/permits. The venue itself was breathtakingly beautiful and we received several compliments on the venue. It was more affordable than most venues we looked and I couldn't recommend this venue more!
