Its alright but you could easily just walk in without paying for a ticket and walk out not to mention all the stuff the happens in the back rows its foul what goes down over there it like entering a whole new country

Sound is overwhelming, color in screens are uneven but all of this is because the theater is stop outdated. It is clean though

Employees were really nice & helpful. It was our 1st time going to Essex Movie Theater in Tappahannock. Popcorn was short of bragging about THOU the pricing for two, we paid under $27 for both movie, Popcorn & 2 drinks. Not bad. For a Saturday, movie theater wasn't packed & chairs were comfortable. I will definitely go there again.. Glad it's open again due to covid.

Tickets are only bought at the window. No online purchases available. You can buy a ticket for any showing. The theater is wheelchair accessible.

Seniors 62 and older get in for $6. All shows before 6pm are $6 for all adults. Normal adult admission is $8. Children 11 and under get in for $6. All shows on Tuesdays are $5.50 for everyone.
Nov 24. I'm thinking. We had an family event where all 7 of us watched Frozen 2.
