One of the worst grooming experiences I’ve ever had at a Petsmart. If you don’t want to groom my 80lbs German Shepherd just say so, don’t say things like my dog has issues when he was just a little nervous and I mentioned when booking my appointment that he gets a little nervous and it’s his 2nd time at the Lynchburg Petsmart so give him a little time to get to interact with the groomer. I understand you all don’t have time to sit around and entertain my dog to get aquatinted with you but please don’t give me rubbish comments like my dog has issues and you would know since you have big dogs of your own. A total waste of time and a horribly unpleasant groomer. Go hire better employees

Took our Long-haired Datsun To get bath and Haircut! Everything went well! He got a Great Haircut At A Good Price!! He Was Happy To Get Haircut LoL! They work well with Him There!!!

Macey is great! Annie leaves looking like a little angel every time. Annie gets excited when we pull into the parking lot because she knows where she is. Lol!
