Absolutely terrible…might as well have literally no one working the front desk area…these women are rude and zero help…I arrived early and checked in…a while later the “receptionist” asked for my referral…this is my second visit for the same issue on the original referral…she then tells me I need an additional referral and she can’t help me…I need to call my doctor…I asked why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I asked if I needed another one when I was making the appointment…she said she didn’t know…not the right answer!!! Zero help…

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. even negative. Horrible staff (specially receptionist) probably due to the rude manager. Got told a wrong time and came in to find out I wasn't able to do what I needed to do. This is a medical facility in which people with REAL needs that need to be done come here for. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. And to the manager: DO BETTER.

I’m actually giving 0 stars! Wish I had read the reviews before hand. Seems like this office has a reputation for giving out wrong information. I had an appointment today for the 1st time with this office. I called this morning at exactly 10:23 a.m to confirm my appt time. I was told by a young lady that my appointment was at 12 pm and to arrive at 11:45 for check in. I arrived around 11:45 but ended up lost. Called back and asked for directions and was told wrong directions about how to get there. So finally at 11:53 I find the entrance and go to check in. I give my name to the lady up front and she looks at her watch and says “ you’re late” from there I apologized and said it was because I got lost. She then laughs and says “ hahaha you got lost for an hour?” So, confused I asked her what she meant by her joke. From there she says my appt was at 11. I told her it couldn’t be and showed her the call I made to confirm my appt time. She said that no one in their office ever spoke to me but yet she confirmed that the number I called at 10:23 was in fact their office number. She then brings out the asst manager MARIA who says that they messed up but didn’t know who answered the phone and didn’t know why they told me to come at 12. Turns out they only have 1 MRI machine and the tech was already gone for the day. She then tells me that there’s nothing they can do for me to drive to another location further out, which I had no intention to do at all. I also asked her about the misdirection and why I was told to come at 12 and she had no explanation as to why. She said they don’t know who answers the phones and have no control over it. I ended up speaking to her regional manager to resolve this issue because this clinic did nothing but mess up and not take any type of responsibility. They seriously need to be reevaluated because based of the multiple reviews I’ve read, this isn’t the 1st time they’ve done this to patients. Will definitely be letting my dr know to not refer any further patients out. Terrible 1st experience. If I can’t trust you to get my appt time correct and give out correct info, how can I trust that you’ll do an MRI correctly and give out correct results?

I've been here twice, I should have learned my 1st time but it closest to my house. They are terrible here, not prepared, not helpful and forgetful. Was told I needed to take a time sensitive drink when I walked in, the girl at the front desk just snapped sign in. Tried to tell her that I was told to ask for drink when I come in, she said she'll figure it out and now still sitting 20 mins later, no drink so that means delayed scan. I guess as long as they keep bring in money from people with bad insurance or who don't know any better they will stay open.
