The room smelled strongly of chemical cleaners and it triggered my asthma within minutes. The wall next to one of the beds also had what appeared to be several splatters of mucus. The room was extremely tiny and there was little space to move around. The beds were way too high off the ground, which is definitely not friendly for children, shorter people, elderly people, or disabled people. I tried two more rooms, and while they didn't have a strong chemical smell like the first, both of them smelled musty/like mildew, which is also not asthma friendly. In general, the building seemed run down, the lobby smelled like Marijuana, and the pool looked gross even from a distance. Ultimately, I canceled my reservation due to the asthma triggers. But I do want to mention that the front desk clerk Katarina was very friendly, patient, and understanding! Excellent customer service.

Came here for a day whike our house was being worked on due to unlivable conditions. We check in and the lady at the front desk is on her phone texting litterally ignoring us for about 2 minutes before she finally akkowledging us. Not even a "hold on 1 minute guys" just ignored. Then we finally get to the room and the air breaks when i turn it off to take a shower because the entire room is open with the shower. We only took a shower nothing else didnt mess with the bed or anything and we go to check out 2 hours later bacause we got a txt from our landlord saying you guys can come back home. And asked for a refund please we was here barely 2 hours. And the guy doesmt even give us our money back basically charged us 60$ for just taking a shower. Not to mention the entire hotel was 100 degrees and dirty and all the furniture and floors is sqeuaky and theres kids tunning around screaming and hollering. Will never ever be back again place wasnt even worth the effort at all. So many other actual hotels that are more luxurious for basically the same price. Stay away from this place if possible or you will regret it.

The staff was exceptionally courteous. I needed a room for just a few nights while my apartment was getting maintenance and repairs to the plumbing. I called very late in the evening. Ryan, the manager was exceptionally accommodating and I was able to get a veteran discount. I have a dog and that was no problem at all for them. There was only a nominal fee for Serina my dog and he even reduced the normal fee. The rooms were clean and stocked with essentials. My son loved the heated pool and really didn’t want to leave. Upon checkout, I was 2 hours late and nothing but a smile and “that’s just fine” We’re given by Jordan. The snacks are sold behind the desk and are the cheapest prices I’ve ever seen. In fact, I may go back just to buy snacks instead of going to the grocery store. Really! They’re 50cents for various different snacks from salty to sweet. They have a free breakfast and my son loved to go by himself and bring me a plate so it was like free room service. It was a relief to find a hotel that helped relieve the anxiety of a late night temporary relocation and inconvenience Due to faulty plumbing at our home. I cannot believe this place is rated a 2-star place. In my opinion, it's at least a 4-star, if not a 5-star hotel and if only because of the General Manager, Ryan Enter. He truly helped me get checked in at a very fair deal. I liked my room. It was cozy and I slept like a baby. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. The room was very clean and sanitized. While I declined maid service, the woman still gave me fresh towels, emptied the little trash I had, and left me plenty of regular coffee. So not into decaf! I will definitely be staying here again. The laundry factory was clean and there was plenty to eat and drink at the breakfast bar. This hotel is ideally located because Chili's is next door as are lots of nice restaurants, along with all kinds of fast food places. I truly enjoyed the many television channels, especially ID, HBO, and TWC. If you want a peaceful night's sleep, a nice hot shower, a more than plenty of food to choose from breakfast, a clean laundry room onsite, and just a smorgasbord of restaurants to choose from, then this is the place you need to stay!
