The white male worker made our pizza today March 25 2022 this worker was not wearing gloves and was very unsanitary he was touching all the food no gloves

We used to order from this location almost every weekend, but the last couple orders have been very disappointing. The toppings were hidden under the cheese which left them soggy and we could tell it was an attempt to hide the lack of extra toppings we paid for. We have also paid for sauces and not received them on multiple occasions. There must be new management at this location and it definitely shows. After the last few poor customer service experiences we won’t be ordering papa johns anytime soon. We have always had great service from the drivers, but the management and quality have seemed to change in a disappointing direction.

Ordered before leaving home was told 15 to 24 minuets. Arrived 20 mins later to drive thru window so knew possibility might have to wait. Told at window my pizzas were next out of the oven if I would pull to the front and they would bring them out. I waited 20 more mins and inside at this point handed two cold pizzas and one they had taken back to the back to pull off pepperoni and pulled off cheese so it was unacceptable so I asked the gentleman if they could remake them and he said yes. I then sat to wait. Told it would take 12 mins. 10 more mins of waiting a manager comes out and aggressively tells me they are not remaking the pizzas. Then when I asked for number to talk to corporate she then told me she would not give me that number and her boss was on vacation and she was it. I would like to add. That I contacted the general manager and corporate office and no one even took the time to contact me in any way. This is the worst example of a papa John's I've seen in my entire life over the entire country. Thanks papa John's for making sure I have never visited a store of your chain since.
