Nice facilities. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom offered sufficient space. I think they need a 2nd protein and fresh fruit option for breakfast.

The room was decent sized and decently clean. Beds comfortable too. The pool was fun for my family. We stayed one night in a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa. The reason I took stars off is because of my experience the morning after we arrived. When we checked in we were told check-out is at 11 am. Online it also says 11 a.m.. Our confirmation email says 11 a.m. So I asked the receptionist about late check out. She asked what time and I said noon and my room number. She said that's fine, there would be no charge. I left with my kids to buy some things and came back around 10. Card worked. Went and swam with my toddlers and got back to the room 10:45. Card didn't work. Had to walk to the receptionist (across the hotel cause our room was the way back end) and she tells me oh yea check out was at 9 and the card stops working at checkout. It wasnt even 11 either!! I reminded her I requested late check out because she didnt remember my request or to note it for my room so she activated my card and tells me she hopes it works. Thankfully it worked so I spent the next 30 minutes packing to leave. Left the room to pull my car up to the front and get a cart for the luggage. Get to the room with the cart and the doors locked again. I go downstairs and I tell her it isn't working again. She says "what is it you're needing?"... At this point I'm frustrated because its still half an hour from the time i requested to leave so told her I'm just trying to get my bags and leave. So she sent an employee up with me to unlock it and prop my door open. I will give 5 stars to that employee because she was very sweet and social (more than I can say for the receptionist). So if you're staying here beware late check out and your room key to stop working before 11 (oh and to be lied to about checkout being at 9???) .

Came in around midnight with a preexisting reservation, very clean property and quiet. Had a comfy bed and got the best sleep of our roadtrip here.. better than any marriot.

Great Hotel! It's a bit pricey but room was clean and the best bed ever. Employee's were friendly and pleasant to talk to. Amazing breakfast and great conversation with the breakfast host.
