I had an excellent experience today at Pizza Hut. I placed my order online. When I pulled to the window, the manager greeted me with a warm smile and she was very friendly. My food was hot and fresh.

Marinara for bread sticks was not in box. I asked at the window if it was in the box and was told yes. Got home and was not in my order. Quick pick up once I arrived to window. Server was pleasant.

The Lady at the window did not even greet us. Just asked for our name and told us our total. Never said hello, thank you, or enjoy your pizza. The toppings on both pizzas were very sparse.

My pizza was the bomb! It was so good and the friendly service along with it being ready when I got there made this experience nothing less than perfect! I say, Keep up the good work Pizza Hut Monroeville, Alabama!
