Citibank on Mamaroneck Avenue is taking great care to make customers feel safe during these unprecedented times. I was very impressed by how everyone who works at the bank wore masks and made sure that the customers kept their distance from each other as well as from the tellers. They also have lots of Purel available!

Worst bank, just one teller for a Long line...... the manager chilling in her office she doesn't care about nothing......

My recent visit was horrible, the teller and the branch manager were rude. This is my second encounter at this branch that they were not helpful or even listen to my concerns. All they did was stated policies and how they couldn't help. I WILL NEVER go to this branch again even if it is the only branch available. They need to definitely work on customer services.
