Lovely!!! Gentle, serene, subtle, elegant, classy, simple. I would highly recommend the venue for a wedding. The small pond with the fountain in the trees was precious!! The indoor venue area was well lit, spacious, clean, and the colors were nice. The road getting to the venue needs work!! I would not attempt to drive out of there after drinking anything and I would be careful driving out of there after dark. Lovely place though, in every way.

We had the best experience with Heather & Carla for our daughter’s wedding on 10/24/20. We booked the venue months in advance and they were always there to answer any questions we had. They made the day of the wedding the MOST easiest and stress free experience I have ever had. The venue was absolutely beautiful. We did have rain and they made sure the wedding was still everything my daughter dreamed of. We are so grateful for kindness of both ladies making sure that everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this venue to everyone!

My husband and I just had the most amazing wedding at Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation. Heather and Carla are amazing! From the very first meeting to the big day, they helped guide us with vendor recommendations, floor plans and everything in between. The grounds are stunning and we had the most beautiful fall day for our wedding by their fountain. Had it been too cold or rained, there is a covered option, that is equally as beautiful, so there is no stress about the crazy Alabama weather. Our guests were blown away by the venue and loved the photo booth!! We will laugh at those pictures for years to come. The reception area is the perfect size for eating, dancing and mingling with your guests. I highly recommend this venue for anyone planning a wedding!

My husband and I got married in March and can't say enough wonderful things about Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation and the people who run it! From day one, Heather and Carla were supportive, realistic, and so helpful with creating our perfect wedding! While the venue itself is a bit of an investment, you seriously can't beat the quality you'll receive. Heather and Carla led us in the right direction in every aspect and had the perfect recommendations for vendors that were reasonably priced and so easy to work with. We took their recommendations for our florist, catering, cake, and officiant, and it was seriously the most perfect day. We didn't have to worry about a single thing because they knew who to work with and how to work with them. Their wedding planning/day-of coordination package is 1000% worth every penny! My family and friends still talk about how effortless and seamless our wedding day was, and we couldn't agree more! If you are looking for an elegant, rustic venue with indoor and outdoor ceremony options and great people to work with, this is definitely the right place!

Hi Carrie! It was built in 2006 as a tree farm also commonly called in the tree planting community as a tree plantation. When it was purchased and renovated in 2013 to be a wedding venue we kept the name. 2 years ago we remove plantation from our name. So to answer your question, this venue is not historical and was never a place of slavery.
