The person taking phone calls at the Hartselle Al store just disconnected from the call once all the pre re corded messages were over,,,,, three times in a row. Quess they dont have to work as hard if they dont take orders.

My parents placed an order yesterday and while the food was reportedly epic, the customer service and atmosphere were not. *edit* after speaking with the team Daks office they have agreed to make it right regarding the issues with my parents visit I previously referenced here. Great customer service after the fact for sure - but they still lose a star for this becoming necessary - and the overall experience that was had between the incorrect change and cooling issues in the establishment.

Worst pizza I've ever had. Crust was burned black. It was supposed to be a mushroom and black olive. No mushrooms-12 slices of black olives. Most pieces were just cheese. We could not eat it. Hartselle, Alabama is a small town, but we do have a Papa John.

Ordered some pasta and pizza. I had to wait in the car for about 30 minutes. I then go in and had my 2 pizzas given to me but not my pasta? I was confused. I asked what had happened and they say. OH?? That was yours? Oops must've gave it to the wrong person?? Like dude? How the heck do you give it to the wrong person do you not ask for their names first to make sure it was their order? Anyways the pasta only had 5 noodles in it which is very little. Normally it's bigger.
