Unable to view property. Told the waiting list was too long and he wasn't accepting more names on list.

Beautiful place to camp. You will not be disappointed. The bathrooms and showers were big and very clean. Our family enjoyed swimming in the pool. The kids loved the game room with the big tv and playing pool and pinball. Plenty of parking for our boat and cars. The owners were attentive to our needs and making sure we had everything to enjoy our stay. Can’t wait to return!

You will not go wrong by staying at this RV Park! I do not give out 5 stars easily or take time to always give a review. However, this RV Resort/Park deserves the 5 stars. Let’s start by sharing that the park is well maintained, showers were very clean. Pool area was welcoming. Our site was very level, I felt the sites had plenty of room. The park staff is extremely friendly and very pleasant! Multiple size showers, Laundry area, Game room with extra large TV, Pool Table, sitting area and games. There is also a play ground for the young ones. Added bonus is Lake Guntersville is not far away, bring your boat. Our group had 3 sites, the park layout made it easy for us to have our space, but also spend time with one another. They have WIFI if you need it. N.D.

Yes, there is Wi-Fi throughout the resort.

Do y'all have full time sites and do you have work to stay , how much is yearly stay or season stay

Full-time sites are currently $355/mo + electric over 350 kWh. A number of full-timers stay at their sites year-round. The lake isn’t visible from any of the sites. It’s about a 4-minute drive down the mountain to the lake. There might be opportunities for work now and then. You would have to check with the owner in advance.
