Very clean and well kept. Owner and his wife very helpful and caring. It is a RV park. Water and sewer and electricity available. Wifi also is available. Minutes away from restaurants and stores. Lake Cumberland is 15 to 20 minutes away.

They are open year around and I've been there for 2 months. Been super peaceful i love it

We are looking to relocate permanently to Ky from Ohio. Can people live there all year round ?
