I have been going to this Sport Clips with my kids since Opening. Normally this Sports Clips is spot on, however the experience today was not on par with their normal service. My son and I logged in on the app at 2:00 p.m. on June 16th and were slated to be on deck at 2:55 p.m. We arrived at 2:50 and on the board I was on deck with one person between my son and I. At 3:15 p.m. Celina got back from her lunch break and reorganized the wait list and took a friend that she knew back for the haircut. Additionally, she moved his son up in the line to "on deck" that put me back to 31 minute wait. Timeline: On Deck at 2:55 p.m. 2nd in line with 31 min wait at 3:18 p.m. After alerting the staff, who are dreadfully understaffed and overworked, they did not have any immediate answers and Celina stayed silent. This is horrible customer service. Business rules are created for a reason, and you need to watch out that some staff will move people up and down the list at whim.
