If I could give this a zero star review I would. The desk staff was extremely rude when I initially checked the room and told them I wanted a cleaner room. I was watching tv for less than an hour when I found a bug crawling on the pillow, I smashed it and blood went all over the pillow. I immediately exited the room and the desk staff had left for the day. I called after hours service to ask for a refund and they said they can’t authorize that. I’ll have to call at 11am in the morning. The next morning I call, I’m put on hold for 15-20 minutes that the manager won’t be in til Monday, and they can’t refund me without a manager. So I’m out for a week stay because of useless employees and useless management in a bug infested slum of a building that I never should have considered staying in. DO NOT STAY HERE, I travel for a living and I’d rather stay in my car in 100 degree heat than step foot in this place. You couldn’t pay me enough money to enter this establishment again.

BAD! DO NOT COME HERE. It said it was a smoke free place but they LIED. Never trust these people! The rooms were dirty and had bed bugs and the doors seemed like it was old and from the1900’s!! It was the complete OPPOSITE from the pictures that are uploaded here on google. They didn’t even let us come and check our room before we paid.. We got suspicious from that but we paid for it and checked our room.. The hugest mistake EVER. The price is not worth it either! Never coming back to this place ever again. Trust me, this hotel/hell place seems like it’s never been cleaned! It should at least be worth 6$ to come to this place.. I never want to contact these people again. They didn’t even welcome us when we came in, It was very uncomfortable and upsetting place to come to! The people who lived near my room were very loud too. It seemed like there were drunk people here or like crazy people here. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

This is the worst place I've ever stayed I'd rather sleep outside then in there. There was so many F_ roaches I couldn't sleep. Then they had no bed linen for my five years old there was moild in fridge an stove was more then desusting. I have pictures n videos if any one knows how to get a hold of the DM would be wonderful because the other manager is not helping like chilling with bugs n roaches is cool.

I booked a room online, I called ahead of arrival and was told that the room I booked was not available but that I could get a different room and was quoted around $1,200 for a month stay. When I arrived the girl at the desk gave me a key to an upgraded room to look at to see if I would be ok with it since they didn't have the room I booked. The room was disgusting and sheets were dirty. Cabinets were dirty and the room did not look upgraded at all. I asked that the room be cleaned and new sheets would be needed. She also told me that she wouldn't rent the room monthly and it would be around $800 more than what she told me over the phone. The girl got nasty with me then stated she wouldn't rent to me. I went and found a new hotel suite which was the best decision. I later found she charged my card that I originally book the hotel with. I reported the hotel to the Health Department it was so bad! DO NOT STAY HERE! This place shouldn't even get 1 star.
