My Son Tyler and I went together and had a fabulous week of hard work and weight loss. The entire team is fantastic, the venue is just beautiful and definitely supports 'getting away' to focus on your own health and wellness. We both plan to go back this fall and I highly recommend Fit Farm at Rock Springs to anyone looking to jump-start their health and wellness goals, no matter what they may be! :-)

My husband and I recently spent 3 weeks at Rock Springs to reset our lives. I recently retired and we needed to get our exercise and eating back on track. This place did that and more. The trainers are so inspiring and push you to do more than you think you can. The food was great. You would think I would be starving with 1250 calories but I never felt hungry. If you are looking for a change in your lifestyle and need that push in a supportive setting this is the place. We were able to focus on us and not having any outside distractions. I highly recommend this place.

Fit Farm IS a life changing experience not only physically but also socially and personally. Peaceful beautiful setting is only the beginning. The staff excels is problem-solving, customer service, educational and fun experience for all the guess. The workouts are out of this world and totally customized to each individual level and condition. The accommodations are done with great attention to details and comfort. As a guess, all your needs are taking care; food cater specifically to your needs and goals, opportunities to pamper yourself and great social environment. I am already checking my calendar for my next RESETING visit!!!

I'm not sure what I can even type to get across how absolutely amazing this retreat is. From minute number one I felt like family. The trainers were incredible, genuine, knowledgeable and truly made me feel that they were 100% invested in my success. The food was prepared as if we were in a 5 star vacation resort, without lacking in taste or presentation. The general store on premises had everything I needed for my 2 week stay and my room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. From the owner to every member of the staff, and l other clients on site - I made good friends and felt supported, happy and safe during my time spent. I'm already recruiting people to go back with me! I can't wait. Miss you guys!!! 😘
