Stephanie, at the front desk, truly exemplifies the professional, courteous, and friendly attitude that sets Marriott apart. She was engaging, efficient, and got us checked in easily with a smile on her face the whole time. After driving all day, it was an absolute pleasure to be greeted by her and have everything handled so nicely. Great room and great location added to the overall experience.

Worst stay ever most racist person I've ever encountered. Sitting waiting to speak with corporate currently. But the way I was talked to was awful. Nate, Joanne, Leanna get it together. One of the most dirty ran down Marriott's I've ever walked in to. And the worst service. Don't work in the hospitality industry if that's not what you desire to do.

Clean, relaxing. The breakfast was great! Only issue was confusion about our breakfast tickets. It was for of us to a room, you only receive one ticket per room for one guest, we purchased 3 additional. The breakfast attendant said we couldn't do that, but the front desk got it straighten out.

Staff at the front desk was very nice. The lady who worked at the bistro on the evening of 2/23/2022 was extremely rude. She saw me standing there for a long time and just ignored me. I was going to walk away but decided to wait around to see if she was going to say or do anything and she eventually said, "Do you want something?" as if I was bothering her. I put in my order and she mumbled something... I asked her what she said and then she took off her masked and yelled, "Do you want chicken or not!". I walked away... I don't need to support people who can't do their jobs right. Go find a different job where you don't have to interact with people because it's obvious that you don't like people.
