Living here has been very stressful! The homeless come and go as they please no manager around to ensure home owners safety, homeless steal your packages, bath in the front fountain, walk through drugged out looking to steal home owners stuff and cars! Manager and assistant far from professional, whole current staff has ran the park like a circus! Forbidding home owners to Park close to home, our lifted truck was stolen and finally found in scraps! Tow company drives around on holidays to tow your car on purpose so they make more money when they're closed, keyless entry to pool, laundry, gym, nd rec center were initiated only two control home owners use abusing the power of having access to disabling and enabling fob according to Management's approval of good tendency or bad tendency ; if you want to live in peace I suggest find a home elsewhere this would not be the place it's sad to see it go down the drain like this at first it was a place I wanted to be in but now I regret purchasing a home here one star rating is far-fetched this place deserves no stars at all

Lived here over 10 years. One of the worst places you can live. If you don't need to move here I wouldn't recommend to anyone. They shut off water and electricty multiple times a month without warning for emergencies but it's EVERY SINGLE MONTH multiple times a month year after year like clockwork. They don't communicate with anybody, they shut their phones off during these times and leave us in the dark. During business hours the staff is always on lunch or "showing" mobile homes to future tenants. I've moved 13 times before living here and this place is the worst. If I could give zero stars I would because leaving 1 star is far too courteous

I lived here for over 5 years and it keeps getting worse. Water gets turned off constantly without any notice. You get several notices to clean up garden weeds right after it rains and yet the park refuses to clean up their own landscaping. No parking, there are cars are parked all over and if you need an extra parking spot you have to pay for it.

The lady in the office Anna was very rude. Was to busy smoking out side and said she couldn't help. She said to come back later. When we I did. She was out on a 3 hour lunch break. I came back every hour and after 3 hours I gave up and we drove our selves to look around. Then we left.
