Traveling from northern Illinois arriving tried and worn out we walked into a friendly welcoming atmosphere. We were greeted at the service desk with smiles and understanding we needed to get settled in our room. Staff was very helpful and offered any help we needed. Their knowledge of local restaurants and drug stores with directions were helpful. We were met with an upbeat attitude and a welcome back no matter what time we came or went. Very nice place to stay. Clean rooms - great breakfast each morning. Don't hesitate staying here.

Great experience during our spring break stay. We usually stay at a hotel close to this area but could not this time due to lack of availability. Glad I gave this hotel a chance because it will be our go to now. Clean and always went above with housekeeping during our stay. My daughter absolutely loved being able to make a night time hot chocolate at the front desk. We will definitely be returning when we come to Winfield.

Been there Done that

I can't say enough great things about this wonderful hotel and their staff. This hotel is extremely clean and very well maintained as well as super comfortable rooms and beds. It is also super safe cameras all around outside to watch customers vehicles just in case, however it is in a great location right off the interstate. Ms. Rebecca checked us in close to midnight after having car troubles with our rental vehicle. She was so wonderful and sweet and luckily the other day manager ms.Pebble had set a room aside in case of an emergency bc they were full booked and this room is typically not for rent because they keep an extra room in case there is an issue with another room but we were completely blessed with being offered that room due to our emergency situation. They even made us cookies while we had to wait a couple hours for our new rental vehicle to get brought to us. They really go all out for their guests not just the front desk staff but everyone including housekeeping was super nice to us. Thet are truly good people and as nice as you could ever ask for. So a big thank you to everyone that works here. I highly recommend this place you wil not be sorry. 10 out of 10. Thank you from the Joiner family.

Front desk was super nice and accommodating. Got the bare minimum double bed room because it was all they had. Travelled from GA on my way to CA and our car broke down right around the corner from this Hampton. Room was beautifully clean (we stayed in motels prior to this one and wow), shower and bathroom were spotless. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in away from home and I don’t like sleeping in different beds other people have been in but I felt at peace knowing it was clean and comfortable. AC controls on the wall are permanently turned off though, you’ll have to use the isolated unit which is a little noisy when it starts up. Clean hotel, great service, no loud guests only the slamming of doors but they are pretty hefty doors. Quiet little hotel, I felt so at home here that I walked to the ice machine barefoot lol. Definitely would stay here again if I made my way out here again
