Went through the drive thru and had two separate orders and they told me they no longer do separate orders and had to come inside a very stupid policy and they lost money and my business

Ordered food cook to order , was NOT cook to order , employee at window was not wearing gloves ( I don’t know if that’s still required) employee at second window also said “ I don’t know I don’t put it in the bag” when I asked if bbq sauce was in the bag that I asked for at intercom

These boys just made the best iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle I've ever had from McDonald's it looked pretty too I appreciate the artistry

Drive thru screens didn't work. Employee didn't care. Literally said oh well. We ended up doing on online order. Got our food and it was wrong. The restaurant was not busy for 7:30 at night. Only saving grace of the meal was that the fries were hot.

That sux. If they're going to breech my trust in that way ... At Least have the common courtesy to post it. "We may or may not be here until 11 ... Depending on our 'managers' discretion."
