We were seated 10 to15 minutes before the waiter came. he took our order . The food came 55 minutes later He brought the ticket before we finished eating and started picking up plates before we were finished.salad and baked potato were very good. Fried fish was greasy.

My husband tried to replace sides due to dietary restrictions and instead of telling us they wouldn't do it...we found out when the waitress brought out the food minus sides. I'm sure it wasn't her fault but when you go out to eat you don't expect child sized portions and to still be hungry. I got the trout on the suggestion of the waitress and it was bland. I only ate half of it. The side of broccoli was cold. I had no issue with our waitress until she realized (assuming) we were not happy so she just disappeared and we had to wait 15 minutes just to get the check. Edit: I would like to add that cracker barrel contacted me to "make it up to me" which took weeks to hear back about only to find out that the comp they sent me was for One Dessert. Which is useless to us due to diet. Thanks. No really. I'm done eating with this company.

We were at the Tupelo MS Cracker Barrel with a party of 11 Sunday May 1st and told it would be 45 minutes to be seated. We told them we did not have to be seated together. After watching parties of 9 and 10 and various other parties being seated for an hour and a half we went inside to cool off and see what was going on we were asked to go back outside in the heat. We are a clean and sober MC and have never felt this level of discrimination. We have been eating at this location for 6yrs and we always spend $500 or more and tip very well. We are clean and respectful. We will never return to this restaurant.

Best Food Ever. I ordered the fried fish, greens, carrots, biscuits. Southern Hospitality all the way. Tupelo, MS. At this location they offer - Chow Chow Relish. It can put in your beans and or greens. I miss the Chow Chow Relish
