This store is always sending emails to express my experience well here it is, Your store is always busy they cater to white. The cost and service is bad your prices are insanely high I’d rather go to a Fed-Ex store down a mile to avoid the crowd, cost and get better service

This store is the best UPS Store I have ever done business with. Jeff the owner is outstanding ,as is Connor, in their dedicated approach to customer service everyday . Jeff and his staffI are detail oriented, efficient and fast in processing every service you need at his store. I have a mailbox at this store and have been a happy customer of his for 3 years using all services they offer all year long keeping in touch with my family and business responsibilities back East. The store is immaculate and has many dedicated long standing customers that Jeff and his staff acknowledge by their first name upon entering the store. Old school customer service at this store and I will not go anywhere else. 🙂
