Nice layout, clean and stocked with lots of products. Only downside is that it's in Beverly Center which is a great hassle to come to only for this store. Parking, elevator/escalator, etc.

I used to love this store but I just came here and the manager was EXTREMELY rude. We asked for a refund on a dress that was ugly on, and they were refusing to give it to us until we had to argue with them to give us only a small amount of our money back. I find this to be unacceptable and therefore I will no longer be shopping here. Good customer service is key!

Recently came to this location, very clean and they do practice sanitizing their station after each customer. Quality is good and I absolutely love the new down puffer jacket I just got here, also got it on sale so that is always a plus. Very good place to get your basics. Also, this location is very huge with a good amount of selection.
