We sat in line longer than usual due to what we knew was staff shortage. Drive thru staff was very friendly when we finally pulled up to the window even though they were slammed. That being said, the food was not just haphazardly put together. They did a bang up job. Thank you Wendy's staff for showing out even at an extra busy time with few workers. We appreciate you!

I frequently go to Wendy's where ever I am to get a chocolate frostychino ...with that being said I went to Camden Tn . Worst Experience I have ever had. Waited 20 minutes in line to order with 2 cars ahead of me.. then the girl made me wait when I got to the box another 5 minutes..a guy came into her box to talk.. then when I finally got my order it was in a paper cup... hot not cold. Worst drink I have ever had. My trips get Worst at Camden everytime I come..I was told Ray Smith owns this one.. he needs to get a better manager..

I typically love Wendy’s. I’m sad that half of my order was left out and the food was barely warm. The wait was longer than expected considering we were the only people in the line (15 minutes plus food was barely warm and not fresh) We ordered a chicken nugget meal and biggie pack 🤷‍♀️ I know things are difficult right now, but I would have gladly waited 20 minutes for hot food and my entire order.

Wendy's as a whole is decent as far as fast foods go but this one is kinda bad. Their menus are usually out of date and will show items they haven't featured in weeks/months. The service is slow so there's always a line around the building and the lobby is NEVER open so don't even bother trying the door.
