I'm not sure how this place has as many stars as I does as of me writing this review. The owner owns other stores in other towns and this store is prime example of taking care of a small community. The prices are absolutely outrages. The store as far as product they carry and appearance is decent but the prices should be investigated in my opinion.

The ladies who work the deli are always nice. The people who are on the floor are always nice & helpful. The cashier's are not friendly. Every time we're in there. No hellos or thank yous. The gentleman who works up front, maybe a manager, is always helpful and friendly. Maybe some customer service training for the front line. 😀

This Chappell's is my favorite! They have everything I need there and the employees are really nice. David, Jim and Nick are some of the sweetest and most helpful managers you could ever ask for as well!
