I didn't feel pressured and the other staff were also really friendly. They greeted me with a smile and helped me get a good price on my vehicle (which is difficult these days.) They showed me all the cool features that the Ford pass offered as well. Phyllis and Nicolas in finance were also friendly and extremely helpful with the financing process and getting me a great deal. Great dealership!

I've gone before for routine maintenance on my previous truck. I had two recalls pending on my new truck so I took it in. I made an early appointment(7am) and was told they would have it done the same day (easy, electronic updates only). 2 hrs before they close I called for a status update. For some reason it hadn't been touched and wouldn't be done until the next day. Luckily I didn't need the truck that night but it was frustrating that I made an appointment and the truck went all day without being worked on. I never had issues with basic service in the past, but I'll most likely be going elsewhere with my new truck once service or other work is needed.

El Cajon Ford is awesome. Never thought I would own a Ford Raptor but Tanner Taylor my sale rep made it easy and Rob gave me the best rate at a local credit Union. Josh the finance manager also gave me an awesome deal on a Ford extended warranty for an extra 75,000 miles. So happy with the truck and can’t wait to explore America with this beauty 👍🛻
