I had a 7am appointment time. I arrived early and was unloaded within an hour. Dock workers were nice. No over night parking allowed.

I HAVE A DRIVER SINCE LAST NIGHT WITH APPOTIMENT FOR TODAY 8 AM NOW IS 3:47 PM AND STILL NOT OFF LOADED XPO WAS CALLING AND CALLING FOR UPDATS LIKE CRAZYS AND NOW WHEN A CARRIER CALL THEY JUST PUT YOU ON HOLD AND TRANSFER YOU OVER AND OVER I CALLED THIS COMPANY AS WELL AND NO ONE ANSWER I LEFT MESSAGES AND NO ONE RESPONDS THATS COMPLETE UNPROFESSIONAL AND A BIG BS I LOST A CLIENT UP THERE BECAUSE I HAD A PICK UP TO DO JUST BECAUSE OF THIS BS.

Stay away they took 8hrs loading .I only waited coz the load was paying good.

Tried to make a delivery here.. went to the door rang the buzzer 3 times, nobody came. Tried calling 5 times and no one would amswer. I looked through the glass on the door and theres 3 guys just standing there looking at me instead of unloading me or help me try to get ahold of someone.
