I haven't the been in the restaurant in a while as I usually order curbside. Now I know why. It took almost an hour for the appetizers to even arrive. Some of our food showed up about 10 minutes later, it took an additional 30 minutes before the final parts arrived at the table. An hour and a half for our meal. The restaurant was less than half full. Our waitress was wonderful and continuously checked in and apologized for the wait. When the food arrived, it was hot. So I know the issue was not with the waitress. Your kitchen failed miserably.

Pretty standard BWW food experience but they were out of a lot of things. Can't complain, truck was delayed due to supply chain issues just like everywhere else. Great service.

LINDY was awesome! she had like 4 tables of like party of 6+ later in the night too (10pm). STILL sat us in her area even though she just had a table sat. still served us tremendously and was 100% honest the whole time. definitely recommend her!! 🙂

It was an accommodating experience, we had a large group and they did a good job at taking care of us. Their Dirty Dubs Tots were really good!
