Janice was extremely rude. Very inattentive restaurant all the way around. Sat for 10 minutes before we were greeted. A cook brought out eggs we didn't even order and then argued they were on our ticket because they can't read their own tickets, they were not on the ticket. Server never came back to refill drinks or check on us and I needed butter for my pancakes, never got it. Don't go here expecting any kind of cutomer service Edited to add since the owner wants to reply; I do have personal conflict with your server, I wasn't aware she worked there when we came in. Talk to your employees about professionalism, a paying customer shouldn't be ignored because your server has a personal conflict. I never got my drink refilled and I didn't get to eat half of what I ordered because I needed condiments and the server NEVER came back after dropping the food off. And then as I was leaving Janice stood at the back door to the restaurant staring me down. Your server was the one with the issue, I just wanted some pancakes.

The price was reasonable, the service was good, and the food was very good. They had the best fried pickles we have ever had. Our steaks were cooked a perfect medium. We will definitely be going back.

I drive to this particular Cassie's instead of the one nearest me to enjoy the "hometown" environment. The staff interact with guests as if they are part of the family. I love this place! By the way the catfish - whole or fillet cannot be beat!

First time visiting. The place was clean. The service was friendly and fast. The tea was fresh. That is important to me. I am a tea'aholic! The food presentation was great. See the picture. Everything was cooked to perfection. The catfish and fries were really good. The coleslaw was ok, but kind of bland. I was disappointed with the hush puppies though. They were also kind of blah. But, don't knock it for that alone. Taste are subjective. I am not drawn back because I was hoping for more yummier healthy choices on the menu. I'll return sometime with my teenagers. They will try the burgers I'm sure.
