Sooo Dominos, okay... We have been customers of this local Dominos in Chapel Hill for over 10 years now. We have seen the Good, the Bad, and the down right UGLINESS of pizza. Of course with Dominos, ( just as all the other quick pick pizza joints ) you are getting an okay pizza, with okay flavors, and okay customer service. Once you've had REAL pizza, it kinda ruins the rest of the spots. With Dominos, I do have to say that they are extremely stingy with their toppings. It seems as though I get less and less everytime. Especially if your using one of their provided online coupons. And now when you call it goes to a call center? and then they transfer you to the location by zip code. If it didn't take long enough to order already. I do have to say though, in all the years we have ordered from here, this is the best it's been as far as management. I know it is the same manager that has been there since I ordered my first pizza, but she seems to have her staff a lot more in front of things now. All in all, just OKAY pizza for OKAY prices. Something to order when you don't feel like cooking, and don't want Sonic or Mexican. The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 2 is because they do an excellent job of honoring when something is wrong with your order, and the piece of the pie rewards. They forgot something with your order, or there's a mix up with something? Free pizza!

Very disappointed with this Domino's! I have been a loyal customer for years and they have decided not to deliver out here any longer. We are less than a 10 minute drive from the store and I have always tipped the drivers well. As a result they will no longer receive my business.

I was called by someone at the store and informed that they wasn't able to place the order even though the website says that as long as it's in by certain time that the order could be placed. Was told that I could come get it , but me being disabled not sure how that going to work . I will no longer be doing business with them.

UNBELIEVABLY poor experience. Recently bought a house in Chapel Hill. Was told multiple times by multiple employees (two of which claimed to be managers) they would deliver to our address (which is about 15 minutes from the location). First incident: After we placed our order over the phone and waited 1.5 hours and not received our order we decided to call. The “manager” said “oh yeah, I rang it as carryout by accident so I cancelled the order. But your pizza is ready and waiting on the driver.” Make note that NO phone call was made to inform us of this mistake. She then indicated she needed to run our card again for the delivery charge. We thought ‘no worries. It happens.’ When the driver arrived with our pizzas (almost 2.5 hours after the initial order was placed) they were cold. (I guess I was overrating their customer satisfaction and thought they may remake them, but sometimes I do expect too much from people.) Second incident: My wife and I again decided to place an order for delivery. We made sure to mention the above incident and clarified the order was for delivery and not carry out. The “manager” stated ‘yeah that was me’ and that she had this order for delivery and it would be 45 minutes. We waited for a little over an hour and decided to make a follow up call. The “manager” asked for the address and quickly stated they do not deliver to that road. (imagine for a moment the confusion and sudden absurdity of the information provided looking back on all previous information gathered) I asked for clarity and explained an order was placed a little over an hour ago for delivery to that very road. The “manager” then stammered and gave the phone to a different “manager” who claimed to have called back, but no phone rang, no missed calls and no voicemail. The confusion remains given not one week ago (even though the pizzas were cold) a driver from Dominos in Chapel Hill brought an order to our newly purchased house. There was NO attempt to right the situation or gain business or even a simple apology. It is disheartening to see customer service fall by the way side and there is no accountability for a poorly run business. There seems to be a misstep in training or leadership to allow things like this to happen in a business. More and more of society seems to care less and less about the individual patrons that visit their store. It definitely shows the proprietor of this location has the sole focus on the gross income and simply does not care about one single customer. Deeply Disappointing Domino’s.
