Very poor customer service front desk is rude, room are very dirty roaches everywhere I had to go to another hotel if I could give them a 0, I would, I would not recommend to anyone

If I could give this place no stars I would. It was gross. One of the bed sheets had dried blood on it ..the tub was falling apart, room door was broke and has cracks at the top and bottom.. the chain lock was falling off. There cobwebs on the ceiling, coffee pot didn't work. Do not stay here if you want a clean place.

Great hosts! Always take good care of us as guests in their establishment. You respect their rules and they will respect you as well, just how it should be. I give this place a 5 star rating and i know quite a bit about the lodging out here. They offer weey rates that are very affordable, and dont allow any B.S. like most other places that offer a weekly rate, so you dont have to worry about any seedy individuals hanging around. I would recommend this establishment to any visitor into town or someone who may need a place to stay for an extended period of time!

Lowest price in Lawrenceburg, room is adequate for a single man. Fridge works, shower is hot, air/heat works, bed was ok, cable ok (could use a guide), shower drains a little slow. Cleanliness was marginal but I’m a cleaning nut. Breakfast is minimal but well rounded. Room has no smoking and no pets air smells like the rules where followed and no strong masking smell to cover anything up. Would not stay with my wife in tow. Paints old, baseboards are chipping, color scheme is bold, carpets clean (no stains evident). It’s a slow night with not many guests but walls seem adequate to keep noise down. Not bad not great but very adequate overall. 3.5 is most proper rating.
