Definitely hit or miss. Sometimes you get hot food, sometimes it's cold. The fries are never cooked throughout anymore. Their iced coffee machine is always "broken". The only thing good anymore if their sweet tea and sometimes that's even hit or miss!!

Ordered a mocha frappe and fries from here and the frappe wasn’t even blended. It had big chunks of ice and had to pull up for fries cause they said they were making them fresh but they were still terrible they tasted like old or rotten potatoes. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience from Waynesboro location

As a former employee, I know what it’s like to prepare food and orders to hand out the window. So therefore, I know that it’s not that hard to read one of the THREE screens in front of your face. I ordered 3 small items and each and everything was wrong. The nuggets were too hard to eat, the fries were stale and cold, they gave me lemonade instead of sweet tea, bbq instead of ranch, and the girl in back cash didn’t give me my $2 worth of change back. It’s not hard to get yourself together and do your job. It’s all common sense.
