After arriving, it was pretty clear that nobody working there was in a rush to fill any of the orders, with all of the workers slowly meandering about. The inside space was completely full of people who had been waiting fifteen to twenty minutes on food, and then one of the workers decided it was her break time. She walked outside to her car that was double parked in the lot, leaving her coworkers to deal with all of the people inside who were visibly getting upset at how long things were taking. Additionally, the inside was very messy, with loose nuggets, crumbs, and wrappers left on tables. I do not recommend dining in here at all, or even getting it to go.

I love that McDonalds still has its dining room closed because guess what- the pandemic is still alive & kickin’ in Middle Tennessee! The employees I have encountered here are always smiling and seem really happy! The food is good for McDonalds food 🙃

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Inexcusable. 30 minutes waiting at a drive-thru for a single burger? Seriously? Was everyone on break all at once? And the lady serving the burger was so incredibly rude. Unbelievable. Is even a semblance of basic customer service dead? Never ever go here. It’s poison, and not because of the food.
