Lady said she was ready the back drop was not the one we wanted for his 1st birthday picture. I told her response was well you can change his clothes. I did not like the picture. I asked how much the setting fee was. I was told it was 14.99. I told that I would pay that but did not like the picture. I was told that I had to buy pictures. I told her I would pay the 14.99 or nothing it was up to her but I was not buying pictures that I did not like. I told them when the appointment was make that it was for his 1st birthday. They didn’t tell me that do to covid that they did have anything for the picture.

We have beautiful pictures thanks to JCPenney they told us that it was a 10 person limit in the photoshoot however we had 12 and it was not a problem for them they got us in and out very quickly

I cannot believe the service that we received today at JC Penny’s Portrait Studio. My mom and I went to pick up our portraits that were developed and ready. We both had portraits developed and after looking at them, my mom asked if she could see which ones she had ordered on a printout of the photos picked in the store. The lady was younger, I’ve never seen her there before and she was so rude to my mother. She just said....”They are printing”. Never smiled, looked disgusted, just plain looked like she hated her job. Then after we sorted them out, my mom asked for an envelope and the woman said no, they didn’t have anymore. So she would have to take the photos outside, exposed with no envelope. After we left, my husband had to go inside with my mom and ask someone else for an envelope. I will never be back. The service and attitude was subpar and you need to treat older people with more dignity and respect than was shown to us.
