This was my first time purchasing a brand new car from a dealership so I was not sure how the process would go, but my sales person Rafael was incredibly helpful and patient with everything. When I had a few questions while waiting for the car to arrive to their lot, Rafa was super responsive, and he even followed up with me a few times to ensure that I was satisfied with the car I purchased. Overall, everything went really smoothly and I’d definitely recommend these guys for anyone looking to buy a car!

My experience with Larry H Miller was subpar to say the least. It started as a referral from a friend when I was interested in a new tundra. The salesman I was working with was Art and he was great all the way through. He helped me find the exact truck I was looking for. With the computer chip shortage the way it is I had to place a deposit on the truck I wanted, no big deal. When it came time to placing a deposit on the truck I had to do it in person and Art was not working that day so I had Bernardo as a salesman and his sales manager. I was warned there was $760 on top of msrp that was added to every new car in the form of an extra year of maintenance, paintless dent removal, a/c service, and vehicle theft insurance, no big deal. I had asked about the possibility of adding an extended warranty to the truck and Bernardo tried to tell me Toyota’s bumper to bumper warranty was only 2 years (this is completely untrue and something easily found online) so ok forget about buying an extended warranty from this place. Bernardo and I were going over the numbers and everything was too good to be true, it was. They had started talking numbers on the wrong truck, people make mistakes no big deal. Once we had started talking numbers about the truck I was there to place a deposit on, Bernardo said they were also going to be adding $2000 of mark-up for an aftermarket security system, $500 for window tint (the truck already comes with tinted windows!). When I refused to accept the add-ons they insisted upon I could literally hear the sales manager screaming in his office from the sales floor. Even the loud music played in the showroom could not drown out this guys yelling. Completely unprofessional. After enough back and forth and frustration they had finally agreed to remove the add-ons and I had my deposit placed. I left the dealership wary and un-sure of the events that took place. I had a trade-in also involved with the deal and in doing research online found that Larry H Miller’s appraisal was a bit low, so I decided to text Art and see if they could offer me a little bit more from my trade in. He said he had asked the sales manager and they told him they could not offer me more and I was not able to sell my vehicle privately to get more money because it was part of the deal (I hadn’t even signed the contract yet!). When Art had told me that I started really questioning things so I called another dealer. The reason I could not sell my vehicle elsewhere is because it would hurt their gross profit, ridiculous. Did I end up buying my truck at Larry H Miller? Yes, because it was exactly what I was looking for in a scarce market. But will I recommend any friends or anyone reading this review to take their business there, absolutely not.

Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Danny, our sales guy, was knowledgeable on Toyotas entire fleet. Any question about a vehicle that I’d ask, he’d immediately know the answer. Additionally, he advocated on our behalf allowing us to walk away with the vehicle we wanted and at the price we were comfortable with. Thank you Danny, because of your professionalism and attentive customer service, you’ve created life long customers at Larry Miller Toyota. -Gabriel

I would recommend this dealership for your auto shopping needs. The salesman who worked with me clearly enjoys his work! He was very knowledgeable and had an earnest desire to please. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and found me the perfect car. It isn't often or easy for me to say I love a car, but Jesse found me the perfect match. I sent my roommate a message telling her I loved the car. She knew by my words that I had found the right vehicle for me. Thank you Jesse!!

Brakes are a wear and tear item, however they do fall under the 3 year or 36k mile warranty if their is a "defect" that caused them to fail.
