I love the care that they take when it comes to the cemetery but the one thing that I don't like is that they don't answer the phone I've tried calling multiple times today and not once has anyone answered the phone.

It's been a bout a month since my brother's headstone was delivered to LVMG. All the money was paid and we are still waiting for installation. All calls have been ignored. No call backs or motivation of due process. The office needs to up grade it's service due to ignorance from personal working there. If I'm wrong I Apologize, but it shouldn't be so hard for my familia to get answers. .

Have had several issues with secretary Joanna not giving the family and I straight answers about issues pertaining to our loved one who has passed, having his headstone being knocked down off its base and now his bench being broken in broad daylight on February 19th, 2020. Joanna claimed not knowing any information about the situation when I spoke to her but then she recanted her story and told my ex-wife that she had information about the person who did it. She has no professional communication skills whatsoever, she was very rude and untruthful about the situation as well. Been trying to contact the owners and no answer!

Unfortunately the staff employed their don’t seem to care. Whether it in the office or the grounds crew. The vase in my son’s tombstone is missing and I’ve been trying to contact the office for months to get it replaced. 6 months later and still no vase. The grounds are not very well kept so we do our own cleaning of the area where my son is at and if you pay attention so do many other families at their loved one sites. It shouldn’t be this way.
