Came here on a Saturday afternoon. The pollo asada being cooked outside and the Mexican ice cream is what brought my attention to go in. We knew it was gonna be a legit mercado because we saw a crack head wanting to pick a fight with the owner. Anyway, the pollo asada smelled hella good. We went inside to get some ice cream. The lady at the counter was so helpful and nice to us. She let us sample a few ice creams. All of them were delicious. I chose the coconut and the arroz con leche ice cream. So fricking good! We didn't buy anything else, but the market was very clean and organized inside. Overall, I highly recommend visiting this neighborhood mercado. If I lived here I'd definitely come here for my shopping needs.
