I understand the staff are stress out over being under staff.. but this location is extremely unorganized. Orders placed online were being neglected for drive thru orders. Several people including myself had to wait an additional 30 minutes after our pickup time and that's was only because we started complaining. No manager was on duty.

One star is a compliment for this location.. It be about 20 people working there and STILL be behind on making the food! It mostly be kids working there. Management needs to step in because all they be doing is playing, listening to music and dancing.. It might be one person actually doing some work.

Y'all trifling for not answering the phone for a hour straight and more trifling for sending me this pizza to my door . I'll like my refund asap .

I preordered my pizza, I got an email and notification it was ready I paid for my pizza at the same time I ordered; they gave away my pizza. It was supposed to be ready by 735 it's 755 and I have to wait for them to remake what I paid for as my son will only eat what I ordered TRY ANOTHER LOCATION!!!!
