I have been to many Einstein Bagels across USA and this is my home store for the past 11 years. Everywhere I have been I have been pleased. I’ve never complained when you seem to run out of Hazelnut Vanilla coffee too often to count, or when the size of the bagels have diminished but the fact that I can’t rely on a toasted bagel that’s either burnt to a crisp or leathered is too much! Starbucks can toast a bagel and serve it warm; what is the problem? Nothing is so upsetting than biting into hard bread! You’ve wasted your money because you can’t eat it! Please figure this out! Otherwise the customer service is excellent. The workers are pleasant. PS fix the app to allow cream cheese as a side order.

I would actually give them 3 1/2 stars. I do like their bagels, but my problem is availability. Anytime you go here after 11 good luck finding any good bagels because there is none. And if it’s after 12 there might not be any bagels at all. I just walked out of the store now at 12:16 because there is not a single bagel in the case. And they said they weren’t making any more so why are you still open. Whoever owns this would make more money if they would keep making bagels they’re cutting themselves short from a business perspective and customer satisfaction perspective.

I have been a regular customer of this Einstein Bagels location for the past two years, as it is the one most local to me. Unfortunately, it is the most frustrating Einstein Bagels location I have ever visited. My daughter eats a bagel almost every morning, so I pick up bagels just about every other week. I generally order a baker’s dozen of plain bagels, sliced. Pretty easy, right? Not so much. Sometimes I get 12, sometimes 13. Sometimes they’re sliced, sometimes not. Then there’s the guy at the register who always seems confused. Oh, and heaven help me if I try to order two dozen bagels on a Monday with my app discount. Even though he has been there probably close to a year now, he still hasn’t been able to figure this one out! Another thing about this location is the inconsistency of the bagels. Sometimes they are big, fluffy, and gorgeous, and other times they are small, dense and just not all that good. I’m talking a huge difference. When I bring them home I put the bagels into gallon ziplock bags. When they are big and fluffy, I can just barely zip the bag with 6 in there. When they are the dense hockey pucks I can easily fit 8 with room to spare. I wish this location would get their act together with their product and get their employees trained so they weren’t so confused at the register, and inconsistent in getting the orders correct.

I got a bagel w nova lox. It’s a $12 bagel with out a drink. I don’t mind paying the price but what I got was not worth the price. I can go to the local diner and get more for the same price. There was barely any lox. I don’t mind the price but I want it to be of value and this was not....
